BIOGRAPHY

Yeremia Kibangu was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and grew up in a refugee camp in Malawi. Years later he resettled to the United States of America permanently where he earned his Bachelors Degree of Business Administration in Cybersecurity and Management from Jarvis Christian University (JCU) in Hawkins, Texas with a GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0 scale. Awarded A&B Honor Roles, Distinguished Scholar, Leadership Award, and many more.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

Yeremia has travelled all across the U.S. attending numerous leadership conferences, such as the Panda Cares Scholars Leadership Institute in Orlando, FL, The Citi's HBCU Innovation and Leadership Symposium In New York City, NY, as well as the UNCF National Alumni Council Leadership Conference, etc. Yeremia was able to gain connections, resources, and tools necessary to succeed and flourish during my transition into post-grad life.

 EXPERIENCIAL LEARNING
 

Member of Black Data Processing Associates and a certified member of Circle K. International Community Service at JCU. Throughout his educational and learning experience, he was able to serve as an intern at Old Dominion Freight Line for summer 2022. He has been able to learn much from financial industry professionals, and improved his communications, problem-solving, and management skills, as well as networking opportunities offered. During the OD Management Training Program. They paid him to work on a variety of tasks and projects in different departments and to learn about the company, industry, people, and the culture.
